Miranda Harris MA, LMFTA

Miranda Harris is a graduate of Ball State University (Bachelor's) and Seattle Pacific University (Master's) graduate. Miranda has several years experience working with youth and families in community mental health and within the school system. She has worked with diverse populations and backgrounds. Miranda specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She is also able to work with adults and couples.

Miranda explores and assesses the symptoms of depression and anxiety as well as searching for the causes of the problems. She is able to help families work through interpersonal conflict, grief, and loss. She partners with parents who are needing help with child and adolescent behavioral and emotional problems. Miranda also has experience in addressing past trauma and abuse. Miranda's soft, warm approach draws youth in and also puts parents at ease.

Miranda has training in Christian theology and is able to integrate Biblical truths with individuals, couples, and families who are interested in that perspective. She also facilitates the counseling ministry at The Pointe Church where she and her family attend and serve.
